today i recieved in the mail four gaskets from www.harpmicgaskets.com
i can not believe how fast these came, what high quality they are,or what a difference in sound they make.
the reason this was my first purchase is i am old fashioned so did not know how to use paypal, duh.
over the years i thought i was so slick, utilizing spliced shure and astatic gaskets as well as adding to them with rubber cement, inner tube rubber and foam rubber.HAH! the difference is amazing.i will never mess around with making my own gaskets again.
my initial sound test on a T3 that was already soldered with a CM was amazing.it had a shure gasket that was loose and therefore fed back at low volume.now it is a honker!!
thanks so much.i am amazed.

You are most welcome. I wished I could take for the great products.......the former owner Tim did all the hard work developing these little jewels. I've tried to carry it on adding things little by little and delivering great gaskets as quickly as possible.............Tim still pops in from time to time.......I'm sure he'll see it and be very proud how his baby is carrying on..........and from me, thank you for all your support.

yes,i originally contacted tim and discussed gaskets with him.he was kind enough to offer sale by MO as i did not have paypal.however i flaked and never sent a money order as many projects go with good intent.
but the need for gaskets never went away.the girl said"if these mics don't work right, why even keep them around?"haha.she always likes for me to have the best gear i can.
now i've got extra hot mics!what's better than that? |

Glad to hear you had good luck with them. Jeff has really taken off with it, though. Hats off on the excellent site improvements!
